Living Infinite lives as Man & Woman
What you will learn at this Workshop

Family Constellations - Love's Hidden Symmetry
Love thrives not simply through emotion or intention, but when deeper orders—such as belonging, balance, and hierarchy—are respected In this workshop we investigate Love’s Hidden Symmetry in Family Constellations that reveal the unconscious dynamics shaping all Man/Woman relationships that begin with family of origin. By bringing these hidden structures to light, we understand what truly makes love work: honoring our roots, acknowledging what is, and allowing each person their rightful place in the system.

Our Infinite Beingness as Men and Women Dance
At our deepest level of awareness, we exist as a pure consciousness. Some might call it an "ever-present “witness” in cohabitation with that finite part of us we experience as a body and thinking mind. For instance, we might look at the mirror and see the new lines of time that have formed upon our face, but as the observer of what we are viewing we might also feel a presence that has always been there. The "I" that lives outside of time - that same "I" that has always been there since our childhood.
I have come to learn that to live life in the delicate balance within in the Man/Woman dance of Love, Sex, and Intimacy, is to live, first and foremost, with who we are as a pure Awareness ensouled as a Body. By simply assuming, even if for a brief moment, our Infinite Beingness, we are able to observe, a profoundly unique perspective as human Beings brought into the world as Men and Women. It's the very reason I created Sexy Spirits in 1999 - to learn from and appreciate Life in our assigned body.
We will explore how to cultivate and connect with that infinite part of ourselves; and to navigate and engage with others, from that viewpoint, while remaining fully enbodied as Man & Woman.

Cultivating Our Sexual Energy
In a world where sexuality is often defined by intimate touch, Taoist wisdom offers a different path—one that begins within. It asks us to pause… to turn our gaze inward… and to discover that the most profound intimacy starts with ourselves.
From the first breath of life, our ideas about sex and love have been borrowed—from parents, from friends, from a society that tells us what is “normal.” These voices have shaped our desires, our fears, even our sense of worth. But Taoist practice whispers a new possibility: What if the relationship you’ve been seeking has always been within your own body?
In our workshop you will learn the foundational practices that will begin your journey to your sexual self. When we learn to love ourselves in this way—deeply, quietly, without judgment—we prepare the ground for any relationship we may choose to enter.

Movements of Intimacy
Partnership dancing offers men and women a unique opportunity to experience intimacy through touch and synchronized movement. As they step into their opposite yet complementary roles—one leading, the other following—they create a subtle, wordless dialogue shaped by mutual presence and trust. Guided by the rhythm and flow of music, they move together in a shared moment that transcends words, inviting a felt sense of connection, attunement, and harmony. In this dance of opposites, intimacy arises naturally, rooted in the body, breath, and shared timing.

Conscious Loving Touch
Conscious Loving Touch is an intimate sensual (and can be sexual) practice that focuses on bringing intentionality, presence, and mindfulness to physical intimate touch. This approach is rooted in the idea that touch can be a profound form of connection and communication when done with awareness and intentionality. Practitioners of conscious loving touch are attuned to their partner’s physical and emotional responses. This means adjusting touch based on feedback, whether verbal or non-verbal, and being sensitive to the other person’s comfort and preferences. Cacao Ceremony
On the spiritual side, cacao is regarded for its grounding and heart-opening qualities. The ceremony is designed to place you in a positive, uplifted state where you’re open to embracing spiritual intentions as you connect more deeply with yourself and with others. Cacao is a powerful plant ally that can help facilitate spiritual growth, healing, and connection, and that’s what the ceremony is all about.

- About the Teachers -
Rita Gendelman
Rita immigrated from Ukraine to New York City in 1990, where she lived for over 30 years before relocating to the Big Island of Hawaii. Her journey as a therapist began by working with families parenting children on the autism spectrum. Over time, her work evolved into a deeply transformative practice, incorporating Family Systemic Constellations at the core of her practice.
Rita has guided women devastated by loss, abuse, and abandonment, as well as couples longing to reconnect and return home to each other. Her process honors and releases ancestral pain, reevaluates inherited beliefs, and liberates old patterns—beginning in the dense tissues of the body and expanding into the realm of spirit.
Through this sacred work, that which has long been invisible to the conscious mind, can finally be seen, embraced, understood, and loved. The result is the release of hidden family entanglements that have interfered with jhe natural flow of life. Rita’s approach is rooted in the belief and trust that every individual holds the answer within. From this place, she facilitates the return to one's Beingness and true nature, allowing the human soul to now resume it’s natural, movement upon Life’s journey and beyond.
Richard Anton Diaz
Born on May 20, 1950, in New York City Richard Anton Diaz grew up amid two powerful cultural currents: the grounding traditions of his family heritage and the sweeping changes of mid-century America. Coming of age during the Sexual Revolution, Anton experienced firsthand a generation’s quest for freedom and authenticity. Yet beneath the social upheaval, he sensed a deeper movement—a spiritual evolution that called for awakening consciousness and integrating sexuality with higher purpose.
This lifelong inquiry led him to the ancient wisdom of Taoist sexual energy cultivation, where sexuality is understood as a vital life force, a source of vitality, creativity, and spiritual expansion. Through decades of dedicated practice and teaching, he has explored how these principles can transform health, deepen intimacy, and align the body, mind, and spirit.
Anton also played a pioneering role in the field of Expanded Orgasm through conscious touch, working closely with Dr. Patricia Taylor to introduce practices that awaken the full potential of pleasure and connection. His work in this area bridges science, somatic awareness, and spirituality, helping individuals and couples experience orgasm as an expanded state of being rather than a fleeting release.
Today, his mission is to share these teachings with a world hungry for both depth and vitality. His work stands at the intersection of sexuality, consciousness, and human evolution, guiding others to reclaim erotic energy as a path to wholeness, intimacy, and spiritual growth.
